Vogue Jacket Pattern from the 80's

I made this back in the 80's -- the boxy gray veiw on the left.  I remember I made it out of some ivory curtains my grandmother was getting rid of.  I have no idea what the fabric was (it seemed like a heavy cotton), but it was completely wearable.  My mother would call me Scarlett when I wore it...and I wore it a lot.
