1930's Sundress Pattern

Butterick 7754 - A little ruching on the front, a squared low back, and a fitted jacket with charming sleeves.  So pretty!

That right view would make a nice slip. Lately, I've obsessed with finding the perfect whole slip pattern

instead of gathering it, I think I would dart it--for a slip--so it would lie flatter.

I've seen a vintage slip pattern on Ebay and Etsy occassionally that has princess seams and either a wide strap or a thin one. I don't know its number but it seems like it would be nice -- and slip patterns are usually cheap.
